New for 2025!!

The Atlanta Flute Club is pleased to announce a new masterclass competition! This competition is for college flutists who are enrolled full-time as a student at a university at the time of application. Applicants must be a member of the The Atlanta Flute Club and be current in their dues obligations. 
Applicants, your membership fee will be automatically added to your application fee at checkout.

The preliminary recording should be AUDIO ONLY, ONE-TAKE. Please note NO EDITING WHATSOEVER IS PERMITTED. A committee will judge the preliminary audition, and three finalists will be chosen to perform in a masterclass for the AFC guest artist at the AFC Flute Fair in 2025.

Competition Repertoire:

Any work for solo flute or two contrasting standard orchestral excerpts

The deadline for recorded audition submission is 11:59 pm on March 15, 2025.

A $50 application fee is due upon submission.
